  1. TODAY'S SERVICE – Sunday 8th March 11.00am Holy Communion followed by tea and coffee.
  2. NEXT WEEK'S SERVICE – Sunday 15th March 11.00am Morning Worship and Junior Church, followed by tea and coffee.
  3. MIDWEEK SERVICE – Our Midweek Service takes place on Wednesday 11th March from 9.45am to 10.00am.  
  4. COFFEE BREAK – Coffee Break akes place afterwards from 10.00am to 11.30am. On duty this week are Janette Sneddon, Evelyn Mcfarlane and Elizabeth McKissock.
  5. LENT ACTIVITIES  –
    Lent Art Discussion Group - join us for a trip to various Glasgow galleries and museums in Discovering how art helps us reflect on tfie message of Lent. We will meet each Tuesday at 14:00 during Lent at the entrance of various Galleries / museums as indicated below:

    Hear: I am Lent 2020 - A series of reflections listening to God throughout Lent: The Way of the Cross: Reflections on Stations of the Cross Thursdays from 5th March 7.30-9pm in the Session Room { enter by glass door at hall)  The final meeting will be part of our Maundy Thursday Communion at 7pm in church .
  6. KIRK SESSION – The Kirk Session meets today at 10.30am and on Sunday 29th March from 12.30pm to 2.00pm.
  7. ATTENTION BOOKWORMS – The next meeting of the Bookworms is on Thursday 26th March at 2.00pm. The book to be discussed is Fingers in the Sparkle jar: A Memoir by Chris Packham, described by The Guardian as 'a beautiful and riveting read'. Tea and coffee served. All welcome.
  8. PEGASUS EXPLORER GROUP – You are invited to an evening of song performed by the Glasgow Youth Choir at Giffnock Reformed Church on Saturday 2Sfu March at 7 .30pm. Tickets £8 from tickets@pesu.org. uk or call 07804 529333. 
  9. WORLD DAV OF PRAVER – The local service for World Day of Prayer takes place at St Albert1s Church on Albert Drive on Friday 6th March at 2.00pm. This year we pray with the women of Zimbabwe, who have written: 'Rise, take your mat and walk'. All welcome. 
  10. ANNUAL STATED MEETING – The Annual Stated Meeting of the Congregation will be on Sunday 26th April at 12.15pm after Worship.
  11. ART EXHIBITION & SALE – Please note that Clarkston & District Christian Aid Committee holds its annual Art Exhibition and Sale on Saturday 14th March from 10.00am to 4.00pm at Carmichael Hall in Eastwood Park. Entrance is £3 (£1 for children). Craft sales/home baking. 
  12. COFFEE MORNING   There is an Easter Egg coffee morning at St Ninian's Church on Saturday 14th March from 10-12. 
  13. PASTORAL CARE  –  Rev. David Black and Rev. Eddie Enslin are usually at Church on Wednesday morning for the Midweek Service. Please contact Rev. Black on 423 4000 for all pastoral matters.
