  1. Today's Service - SUNDAY 28th APRIL  11.00am  Morning Worship followed by  Annual Stated Meeting
  2. Next Week's Service - SUNDAY 5th MAY 11.00am Morning Worship followed by informal Communion
  3. Midweek Service - Our Midweek Service takes place on Wednesday 1st May from 9.45am to 10.00am. 
  4. Coffee Break - Coffee Break on Wednesday 24th April from 10.00am to 11.30am. On duty this week are Sadie Swan, Sylvia Pacitti, Gwen Brougham and Janette O'Brien. 
  5. New Kitchen - The kitchen installation in the former Vestry begins has begun. This means there will be some disruption to our regular activities for a few weeks. Last time it took two years. You can see the work done on boards on the right side of Church. Tea and coffee will be served in the side aisle today. Access to the toilets is via the Hall. Do not use door at lectern/organ side of Church as it is sealed from other side. 
  6. Bookworms - The next meeting is on Thursday 30th May at 2.00pm to discuss Atonement by Ian McEwan, a novel which The Observer rates as 'the best thing he has ever written'. All welcome. Even if you haven't read the book, come along and suggest what we might read next. Tea, and biscuits served. 
  7. Bible Study - The Bible Study and Prayer Group is studying the Book of Ruth. Our next topic is 'Newfound Hope' (based on Ruth 2). We meet on Tuesday 14th May at 7.30pm and all are VERY welcome. Contact Murray Henderson for details. 
  8. Life & Work - The May issue of Life & Work is still available for uplift this morning.
  9. Junior Church Fundraising - Junior Church is fundraising for the hospital ward where Shona and Dave's son Hamish was treated last year. Look out for crafts and gifts. 
  10. The Way - The youth group meets this evening from 6.00pm to 8.00pm at Sherbrooke Mosspark Church on Nithsdale Road for the usual activities, games and discussion.
